He did a great job helping me negotiate buying the condo and finding a contractor to remodel the bathroom and paint. When I get moved, I will also have Cobey sell my house because I know he will do a great job, give me honest answers, and good advice. Buying the condo was easy with Cobey helping me. The personal service he gives is outstanding... like I'm his only client (except he also sold at least 3 homes during the time was helping me buy one and I'm sure they all got the same too notch service!
